Sven Pfeiffer, a highly qualified construction management expert with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and Construction Operations (B.Eng.) and a Master's degree in Construction Management (MBA), started his career in 2009 as a working student with Prof Schlick in Karlsruhe.

After working as an academic assistant at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and being employed as a project controller at FC-Projektsteuerung GmbH, he became a consultant and project moderator for lean construction at FC-Beratung GmbH.

He has been Managing Director of the company since June 2023. His outstanding portfolio includes groundbreaking projects such as the feasibility study for the psychiatric ward at Karlsruhe Municipal Hospital, project management for the construction of the new dm Group headquarters, schedule management for the "KASIG - Karlsruhe light rail tunnel" project and successful lean implementations at HeidelbergCement, DHBW Heidenheim and the Schwarz Projekt Campus in Bad-Friedrichshall.

Mr Pfeiffer's expertise is reflected in his certifications as a DVP-ZERT® project manager, BIM project manager and lean expert in accordance with VDI 2553, as well as his ongoing commitment to innovation in the construction and property industry.
