Konstantin Burtz was born on September 15, 1995 in Kitzingen. After graduating from high school, he came to Baden-Württemberg to study civil engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2020. During his studies, Mr. Burtz gained his first experience as a project manager with the university group Engineers Without Borders. He supervised the project implementation in Sri Lanka on a total of three trips. Mr. Burtz has been working for the FC Group since 2017, initially as a working student and later as a bachelor student and consultant. In 2020, he moved to the University of Stuttgart to complete his master's degree in civil engineering with a specialization in construction management. His professional focus is on the implementation of lean construction methods in the planning and execution phase. He was primarily responsible for rolling out the Scrum methodology within TGA planning at the FC Group. Mr. Burtz has been Managing Director of FC-Beratung GmbH since June 2023. He has also been a lecturer at the Lean Construction Academy Germany since 2021.
