Ebert, Gerold - Managing Director Water Management

Gerold Ebert was born on 6 June 1966 in Lörrach and has lived in Karlsruhe for over 35 years.  

After training as a draftman in civil engineering at the civil engineering office of the city of Lörrach, he studied engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, specializing in transport and water management.  

After graduating, he initially worked in the field of traffic route construction and helped to set up a branch of a Karlsruhe engineering office in Merseburg, Saxony-Anhalt, between 1992 and 1994. He then began his work in municipal water management at the engineering office Rösch-Kessler, Karlsruhe, where he worked between 1994 and 2000. Gerold Ebert then moved to Ingenieurbüro Miltner, which merged into BIT Ingenieure AG in 2014. Most recently, he was co-head of the branch office as a member of the management team, as well as managing the urban water management division with 30 engineers as an authorized signatory.

Since 2024, he has successfully managed the Water and Roads division within the FC Group. With a focus on drinking water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment, development and road construction, he rounds off the FC Group's range of engineering services.

Mr Ebert is a consulting engineer and authorized to submit building documents to the Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Engineers. Together with the other business divisions, Wasser und Wege GmbH offers holistic, interdisciplinary and customer-orientated support for our clients' projects.
