Förschler, Christian - Managing Director Project Supervision | Karlsruhe

Christian Förschler was born in Pforzheim on March 31, 1992.

After completing his bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering at KIT in Karlsruhe, Christian Förschler worked as a construction and project manager at Ed. Züblin AG from 2017 to 2021. He then assumed the role of Head of the Construction and Real Estate Department at the Evangelical Church in Mannheim for nearly two years, overseeing a diverse real estate portfolio of approximately 150 properties with a team of 20 employees.

Since 2023, he has held a key position within the FC Group, focusing on property monitoring. In addition to his role in FC property monitoring, he provides support to other FC GmbHs such as FC Project Management and FC General Planning in their respective projects, leveraging his expertise as a versatile generalist.

Outside of his professional endeavors, he is currently undergoing training to become an expert in building damage assessment at the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects.
