Martin Schäfer, born in 1983, completed vocational training as a technical draughtsman in the field of supply engineering. From 2000 to 2004, he worked as a technical draughtsman in a ventilation and air conditioning technology company in Karlsruhe. Here he worked as a technical draughtsman on the company's largest and most prestigious project at the time, the construction of the "Neue Messe Karlsruhe" trade fair center. He then studied process engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Bingen, specializing in supply engineering. He then worked as a project manager in a ventilation and air conditioning company in Karlsruhe. While working, he completed further training to become a state-certified technician in building systems engineering and specialized in the field of energy analysis and optimization of ventilation systems.
As a project manager, he planned, coordinated and organized projects in the field of air conditioning and ventilation technology. This was always done with regard to technical, scheduling and commercial aspects. During his previous career as a project manager, he realized highly complex projects in the automotive industry, the healthcare sector and for pharmaceutical companies in the field of laboratory and administration buildings as well as industrial and production facilities. In 2020, Mr. Schäfer moved to the FC Group, where he has been branch manager in Landau since August 2020.
