David Plaza was born in Waiblingen in 1984.

After completing his technical college entrance qualification, he studied civil engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering in 2012.

Since 2013, he has been working as a project manager in the field of project supervision, with many years of intensive professional experience on large construction sites throughout Germany in the field of complex special structures. In 2020, he moved to PEG GmbH, expanding his focus to include project management for highly installed buildings in the fields of healthcare, research and teaching. There, Mr. Plaza was project manager of the newly opened branch in Leipzig from 2020 to 2021. On 01.01.2022, PEG joined the FC-Group after decades of recurring cooperation.

In the course of this, Mr. Plaza was first appointed branch manager and then authorized signatory of FC-General Planning for the Leipzig location. Mr. Plaza is a member of the Saxony Chamber of Engineers as an engineer and has been listed as a consulting engineer since 2024.
