Mathias Pfeifer was born in Stuttgart on October 4, 1966. After training as a pipe fitter at the company Sulzer Anlagen- und Gebäudetechnik, Mr. Pfeifer first completed his technical college entrance qualification and then went on to study energy and heating engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Giessen, specializing in heating and air conditioning technology. After successfully completing his studies in 1994, he gained his first professional experience as an engineer at Ingenieurbüro Betz, Gerstetten. During his further professional career at HWP Planungsgesellschaft and Hochtief Projektentwicklung in Stuttgart, Mr. Pfeifer gained a wealth of experience in planning and project management. This included international projects in Switzerland and Egypt as well as countless national projects in the fields of hospital construction, industrial and administrative buildings. In the fall of 2011, fc.ingenieure Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement und Projektsteuerung was founded in Stuttgart. Mr. Pfeifer is the managing director of this company.
