Bianca Roth was born on October 22, 1975, in Dresden.

After successfully completing her studies in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt with a degree in engineering, she initially worked at ZWP-Ingenieur AG as a specialist planner for electrical engineering.

From 2014 to 2020, she was employed by Schad-Hölzel Beratende Ingenieure GmbH & Co. KG as a project manager in the field of electrical engineering, where her responsibilities included projects in school, office, and administrative construction in all HOAI service phases. Since 2014, she has been the person responsible for fire alarm systems in accordance with DIN 14675.

In 2020, she moved to pbr Planungsbüro Rohling AG. There, she initially headed the electrical engineering/GA divisions at the Frankfurt and Düsseldorf locations. In 2023, she took over as head of the TGA business unit and in 2024 also became branch manager in Düsseldorf.

Bianca Roth has many years of experience in project management for laboratory, industrial, and administrative buildings. She has led project teams in both TGA and overall planning projects. She also has several years of experience in human resources and corporate management.

She has been managing director in Eschborn since 2025.
