The division FC-Beratung is active in business consulting, specialized in analysis, troubleshooting and training for production and major construction projects. This includes time and cost optimization, reorganization, asset optimization, team building, capability building, external analysis, mediation, and implementation coaching.
We train, for instance, project teams specifically to all topics related to Lean-Construction. In addition, we develop tailor-made learning and training concepts (modular learning factories based on experimental learning principles) adapted for construction and production companies. Our expertise is based on long-term experience from business consulting, industry and research (including project management at ArcelorMittal, company consulting at McKinsey & Company, and ModelLean, participation in developing VDI guidelines for Lean Construction, and close cooperation with universities, e.g., the University of Applied Sciences Karlsruhe).
