For example, we can help within a difficult project by providing an external analysis, in order to identify quickly and quantitatively the main problems and the potential for improvements. On this basis, a turn-around implementation program can be started within the project. As consultant, coach and mediator, we also help to extend the successful lean approaches from a project to the entire company, setting new and improved process standards. Some companies also have initial experience in Lean Construction. Others may know from competitors that they can achieve improved results through lean-construction approaches, such as clock planning/clock control, or the Last-Planner-System®, scrum, key figure systems or big rooms.
