Preparation of fire protection certificates
Information on preventive fire protection is required for most new buildings and conversions. A fire protection certificate is required as part of the building application for all building classes and underground garages. According to the Model Building Code (MBO), this certificate must be submitted together with the building documents before planning permission is granted.
Creation of fire protection concepts
A fire protection certificate fulfills the requirements of the Model Building Code (MBO) and the Special Building Ordinance (SonderbauVO). In contrast, a fire protection concept is more comprehensive and integrates additional requirements such as occupational health and safety, insurance, accessibility, the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and internal client requirements. These various requirements are documented together in the fire protection concept.

Organizational fire protection
Our services include the creation of fire safety regulations in accordance with DIN 14096, including parts A (for all users), B (for employees with fire safety duties) and C (for responsible persons such as fire safety officers). We also draw up fire protection plans with all structural, system-related and organizational protective measures as well as fire department plans in accordance with DIN 14095, which contain information relevant to operations such as building structure, extinguishing water supply and danger points. Our range of services is supplemented by escape and rescue plans that clearly show separate evacuation routes and emergency exits to ensure the safety of all users.
Commissioning management of safety-relevant systems
As part of the implementation of your fire protection concept, we support you in the commissioning management of safety-relevant systems - from fire alarm systems and extinguishing systems to smoke extraction control systems. Our focus here is on organizing the functional principle test to ensure the functionality and conformity of all components in accordance with the planned protective measures.
