Using the most advanced energy balancing and simulation software, we visualize, animate and auralize complex interrelationships in building planning and show you the future performance of your building as early as the planning phase.

Energy efficiency

Our expertise in thermal insulation and energy efficiency is characterized by the targeted minimization of heat loss. We use high-quality insulation materials to ensure optimum energy performance. Our expertise also extends to the planning of efficient heating and cooling systems in order to create sustainable solutions and optimize energy consumption.

Moisture protection

We offer expertise in moisture protection to ensure effective prevention of moisture ingress and accumulation. By designing suitable insulation and sealing systems, we ensure effective protection against the effects of moisture. We also incorporate ventilation strategies into the design to achieve optimum moisture control, ensuring the long-term integrity of your structures.

Indoor climate

Our expertise in indoor climate aims to ensure pleasant and healthy indoor air quality. We create a harmonious environment through the targeted optimization of lighting conditions and room acoustics. University of Leipzig

The FC Group planned an energy-efficient research and teaching building for the Institute of Meteorology at the University of Leipzig. A white cloud is a metaphor and inspiration for the building design. The pilot project generates more energy than would be required to use the building. This is achieved through a clever combination of an efficient building envelope, state-of-the-art technology and renewable energy sources. Due to the specific use of the roof area, energy is mainly generated via PV modules integrated into the façade. A special feature is the implementation of the BIPV façade in white, which is pioneering in Germany.

LCW facades

Liquid crystals integrated into the façade help to control the energy input into the building and keep the view transparent regardless of wind and weather. Innovation, sustainability and design are combined.

Light design

Together with our customers, we plan lighting concepts for projects of all kinds. Light always has an effect: visually, emotionally and biologically. We develop lighting solutions for sensitive applications and use light as a design tool. Building Information Modeling

BIM transforms the project management of construction projects through precise 3D CAD planning and efficient communication. It enables a smooth process from start to finish and guarantees time and cost-efficient construction projects with digital precision.

Facade ventilation and extraction

Decentralised solution for breathing buildings. As the FC Group, we plan pulsating façade ventilation systems that simulate natural air movement and thus enable buildings to "breathe". In contrast to a conventional ventilation system, such a solution eliminates the need for separate air ducts for supply and exhaust air.

Conservational room climate

Art is in the eye of the beholder. However, the necessary indoor climate for art is subject to strict requirements for a precisely defined temperature and humidity window. In addition, art and daylight play an important role in the conservation and presentation of the individual exhibits.

Infrastructure for process plants
