Planning
Our interdisciplinary teams use digital models for efficient and collaborative planning. The interaction of the individual competences is important to us.
With an extensive background in project supervision spanning numerous years, we guarantee streamlined processes and strict adherence to budgetary constraints throughout every phase, ranging from initial planning to ultimate execution.
The Schwarz Group is strengthening its presence in the Heilbronn region with an additional location. The Schwarz Project Campus, which is mainly used by IT employees, is being built in Bad Friedrichshall. The FC Group coordinates the participating companies using analog and digital lean management methods.
Allianz Campus in Stuttgart-Vaihingen
The campus offers inspiring working environments for 4,500 employees, including innovative office space, conference areas, a staff restaurant, a sports hall and a plaza as a central meeting point. A particular technical highlight is the kinetic energy storage system, which guarantees an uninterrupted power supply in accordance with the DGNB platinum standard.
Ortenau Clinic - Agenda 2030
With Agenda 2030, the Ortenau Klinikum is securing its future viability as a municipal facility. With the estimated total costs of 720 million euros, the client is investing in high-quality, comprehensive patient care and creating new and attractive jobs for qualified staff. As the FC Group, we have been commissioned with the comprehensive planning of cost group 400 for the clinic buildings and geriatric care centres at the Offenburg, Gengenbach and Lahr sites.
Convention Center Heidelberg
In Heidelberg, a city with a strong science and business community, a new congress center is being built next to the main train station. The main hall offers 1,900 seats. The FC Group is responsible for the conveyor systems that connect the individual levels and provide access from the underground parking garage. In addition to the elevators for visitors and catering, a 7.5 t elevator for large and heavy objects is also being implemented.
Elevator technology TV tower Berlin
The FC Group is continuing its active involvement in construction projects for the further development and maintenance of the Berlin TV tower, with a particular focus on supporting the elevator technology.
Porsche plant Leipzig
The FC Group is designing the infrastructure and plant development of the expanding Porsche plant in Leipzig with comprehensive expertise. Our services included a plant development study as well as consulting, planning, tendering and site supervision for the plant infrastructure and media supply. In the dynamic automotive industry, we are actively committed to modern, sustainable plants, particularly with a focus on efficient energy supply.
European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL)
We are planning the construction of a modern research building for light and electron microscopy for the EMBL. We are focussing on room air conditioning to ensure optimal conditions for successful experiments, with humidity being reduced to below 10 % relative humidity.
Campus platform
We bring the systems of a building onto one platform. In this way, we enable simple administration and easy ways for people to interact with the building.
Gasteig Munich
As part of the planning team for the new Gasteig, led by HENN Architekten and AEC3 Germany, the FC Group has been named BIM Champion 2021 in the planning category. The BIM Champion Award is presented once a year by buildingSMART Germany. The new Gasteig is the general refurbishment of Europe's largest cultural centre in Munich with 1.8 million visitors a year. The Gasteig is home to the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, the University of Music and Theatre and the Munich City Library. The FC Group is developing and planning the library's internal book and media logistics using a rail-bound small goods transport system.
Corporate headquarters dm
The FC Group provided the dm project management with comprehensive support and technical advice in all service areas and project phases in order to achieve the necessary measures to optimize the construction project with regard to the set project goal while maintaining the required quality standard and adhering to the schedule and budget. The partnership between all project participants, project planners and companies was a large part of the success.
New stadium SC Freiburg
The FC Group assumes responsibility for the technical object monitoring of supply technology. This means that we actively ensure the monitoring and control of technical systems. Aspects such as energy efficiency, safety and reliability play a central role here.
