New central kitchen at Karlsruhe Municipal Hospital

Building T and F were remodelled as a kitchen, including a dining room, for the Karlsruhe Municipal Hospital. The Cook&Chill kitchen serves all patients and employees of the hospital as a full kitchen. New conference rooms were also created. Parts of the buildings were listed as historical monuments. The particular challenges here were the integration into the existing campus, dealing with the historic building fabric and maintaining ongoing operations.

Campus and cash register app

The FC-Campus app provides employees with information about the campus and the FC-Café, including the menu, meal times and digital checkout system. Menus are easy to maintain. Employees top up their credit securely by credit card, EC, Google Pay or Apple Pay at the terminal and pay in the café with their access chip - all based on trust.
